About Me
My name is Camryn Provan, and I am one of this year's George Lauder bursary winners. I began my studies with Fife College in August 2020 taking part in the Fashion Production with Retail HND course, which later led me to go to University at Heriot-Watt to pursue a degree in Fashion Branding and Promotion. In January of this year, I was extremely fortunate to be awarded a George Lauder Bursary to study in New York City over the Summer, through Fife College.
As of the 31st of May, I will be living and studying in New York, enhancing my skills and knowledge within the fashion and creative industry. I will study at Pratt Institute during this period, taking courses such as "Visual Branding" and "Graphic Design." This hands-on experience at the institution will be extremely beneficial, for my academic and professional development in the fashion world.

George Lauder Bursary
The George Lauder Bursary is an amazing opportunity provided by Fife College, the Saint Andrew’s Society of the State of New York, and the Lauder family. The bursary gives students the resources to expand their horizons and study in the United States.
As one of this year's bursary winners, I’m incredibly excited to share my journey studying in New York City over the summer and to see what the city has to offer!
This opportunity will benefit me immensely academically, enhancing my skill set and maximising creative expression in visual imagery, branding, graphic design, etc. But, also allowing me to meet many like-minded and innovative individuals.
Overall, this opportunity will supplement my personal growth and experience, whilst living within one of the leading fashion capitals in the world!
